| Simply contact your representative, who will guide you through the steps.

| Returned items can be handed directly to the person in charge of delivery or, for clients residing in the United States, to the following address: 348 Road 11 Champlain NY 12919.

| You can report a shortage or surplus of stock by advising our customer service by fax, at the number found on the back of your invoice, or by email. |

| To access your account profile, contact customer service or your representative.

| 7) When do I need to return the magazines? |
| Refer to the information concerning the recall of unsold items located on the right-hand side of your invoice. Caution: a specific recall may exist; the information pertaining to it would then be found at the bottom of your invoice. Please refer to ''Special Recalls». |

Print the Customer Details Form
With the exception of the header and footer, complete all sections of the form
Sign and date the form
At the very top of the form, write the name of your sales representative
Email or fax the form. Please refer to the Contact Us section for your sales rep coordinates. |
